The department of faculty student councils supports the conference of faculty student councils (Fachschaftenkonferenz, FSK) and is in charge of the organization and planning of the conference meetings.
Supervises the financial budget of the student councils.
Additionally it coordinates the student councils and helps at parties and other events. It ensures the communication between student councils and the students parliament and the AStA.
It is the contact partner for every member of the faculty student councils with legal and organisatory concerns. Also it develops concepts and makes suggestions to best practices in student councils.
The freshmen days are also part of the departments work. It coordinates central events and the events of the individual faculties.
